Terms and Conditions
Course Cancellation Policy
Online classes cannot be cancelled or made up and hence students will still be charged for cancellations. Students will not be charged if they cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from the student’s package and no make-up class will be granted. The teacher will wait for the student to connect to Skype or Windows Live 15 minutes after the appointed time. If the student does not connect within the first 15 minutes of the time scheduled, the class will be considered as “Absent student”. It will be deducted from the student's package and no make-up class will be granted.
Refunds policy
If for any reason the student decides not to continue with Elebaires online classes, the payment may only be refunded at the discretion of Elebaires Administration. If for a special situation the student needs to interrupt or postpone the online course after having started, he/she will have 4 weeks to contact the school again in order to set up a new meeting. If Elebaires doesn`t receive any notice from the student after the 4 weeks we will consider the online course abandoned.
Prices
All prices are expressed in USD and must be paid through Pay Pal or through a wire transfer. We are not responsible for Elebaires prices or program information that is not updated on other web pages. Elebaires is free to change prices at will and will do its best to keep price information current on the official Elebaires website.
Payment
Classes’ packages must be paid for in full before the course start date. The lessons will be scheduled only after the full payment is made.
Holidays
Elebaires is closed on all nationally recognized Argentine holidays. The student will be given the opportunity to make up the lesson missed due to the holiday if he/she so chooses. No refunds are given for classes missed due to holidays.
Course material
All course material is for your unique use. It must not be shared, sold or distributed to other students or companies.
Teacher changes
Elebaires intents to maintain the same teacher for a complete course. Any way, there may be special occasions when the teacher may change due to his/her availability. This may also occur if the student needs to change his/her schedule or take classes at different times throughout the program.
Rescheduling classes
Lessons can be rescheduled without penalty by advising spanishonline@elebaires.com or info@elebaires.com at least 24 hours before the class is set to begin.
Technical issues
Elebaires cannot be responsible for breaks in communication arising from technical issues outside of our control. In case of a fault with our system the teacher will give the student extra time if possible or will make the arrangements to make up the lesson.
