Describe your perfect day in Buenos Aires?
My perfect day starts with a walk around the Palermo Lakes, by the planetarium and the Rosedal. Then at midday, lunch at Costanera Parque a delicious grilled sandwich. My day continues with a walk, or maybe a cycle, by the Zoo. Finish the day with a cold beer in San Telmo.

What advice would you give to someone arriving in Buenos Aires for the first time?
In my opinion, the best thing for a first time visitor to know is that many of the fantastic things that happen in Buenos Aires, happen during the night. Buenos Aires is a city with so much nightlife: bars, restaurants, concerts…it has so much culture to offer.

Which is your favourite restaurant?
Hmm…Don Julio. A parilla in Palermo.

Where is the best place to buy an empanada? And what is your favourite flavour?
I suppose the best place to buy empanadas and pizzas in Argentina is Pizzería Güerrin on Corrientes and Uruguay. The best empanada to buy there is carne.

What do you love most about Buenos Aires?
The thing I love most about Buenos Aires is that it is a huge city of multi-culture. We have a mixture of many cultures, places but also a very Latin American university.

What don’t you like?
The large majority of people in Buenos Aires are sometimes a little reserved and can have a bit of a closed exterior when compared with the rest of Argentina.

Where is your favourite place in Argentina, outside Buenos Aires?
I think I have to say the northwest. The region Jujuy, around Salta. All of the towns in that part are my favourite.
