One of the first thing that people notice when they come to Elebaires is how sociable everyone is here and that they all love to party! Coming to Elebaires is not just work, work, work we want to have fun as well and make the whole experience a special one.
One of the student residences invited the whole school (including teachers) for a party.
The house was huge with 7 bedrooms, a huge kitchen table right in the middle of the house – perfect for having parties and socializing – and a great kitchen.
´Mad Max´ and ´Lovely Laura´ made us all some amazing homemade pizzas. Everyone was in a great mood and it was really nice to see people out of the school environment and chat (in Spanish of course). No party at Elebaires would be complete without learning a few drinking games!! This weeks game was “arriba, abajo, al centro, padentro”, a hilarious chant where everyone lifts their full cup out and chants the words and then finishes by downing their glass. …a bit like this. It was a typical Argentine game and one which everyone could play.
Everyone knows that a few glasses of wine, beer or fernet help the Spanish flow a little bit easier and at the Elebaires party it was no different! It was great to get to meet all of the students and interns who were doing other courses arranged by Elebaires and also to sit down and have a chat with all of the teachers. The house was really cool and spacious and also really close to the school which was a massive bonus! The house and the guys staying there gave us such a warm welcome and there was a really nice family and friendly feeling in the house.
The whole evening was a huge success and my only complaint after the party was that I was it didn’t last for longer!
