Lollapalooza Festival!

One of the biggest festivals in Argentina, Lollapalooza! It is a well known festival worldwide and every year 100.000s of students and tourists visit the festival for a day or even the whole weekend! A few of our students went and experienced the amazing atmosphere themselves.

The festival hosts many different artists with a line-up that changes every year. The headliner this year was Kendrick Lamar but obviously, there were other good artists such as Sam smith, Arctic Monkies, Dj tiesto and Lenny Kravitz and many more!

A smile says more than a 1000 words, right? Katie was one of the students that went to the festival and her happiness is easily explained in the picture above.

The price of the full weekend pass is around 170 euros. A day pass costs around 60-70 euros. You can buy tickets online but have to pick them up at certain ‘ticket points’ in the city.

how to get to the festival? The easiest way to get to the festival is to take the train towards Tigre from Nunez and get out at San Isidro. There you will find signs that give you the direction of the festival.

Although Lollapalooza is far away from today, we cannot wait for next year!
