The 5 most beautiful cities in Argentina
Argentina is full of culture, good food, entertainment and astounishing landscapes but what are the 5 most beatiful cities in Argentina? Read it here!
1. Buenos Aires
When travelling through Argentina, most people will start or end in Buenos Aires. The capital of Argentina has been popular amongst travellers because of the amazing restaurants, bruising nightlife and beautiful buildings. Start your travelling with a Tango and/or Spanish course at Elebaires! You’ll profit from it for the rest of your journey. Walk trough the popular areas of La Boca and Palermo or educate yourself at Plaza de Mayo.
2. Salta
The city of Salta is a beautiful colonial city in northwest Argentina. The city was founded in early 1500, by Spaniard. Walk through the colonial buildings and across the cobblestone streets, learn about the history of Salta in the MAAM Museum and much more. The kathedral of Salta and Plaza 9 the Julio are also worth your time and to top it off you should enjoy the view of Salta on Cerro San Bernardo
3. Cordoba
The city of Cordoba, found in the centre of Argentina, is populatBLOGSAHBIed by 1.3 million people. This means that in means of population, it ranks 2nd place in Argentina. Cordoba is for those who want something different like seeing a real metropolis. Home of the oldest University of Argentina and also home to amazing squares like Plaza de San Martin where live music is played more often then not, it’s defenitely worth a visit.
4. Mendoza
Vino! Argentina, and in particular Mendoza, loves wine. The most famous wine to drink over in Mendoza is the Malbec, a red wine. The wine tour obviously is something you have to do over here. Even though the city is more then fine with exceptional restaurants and museums, the full experience is experienced when staying at a classic vineyard.
3. Ushuaia
Ushaia is the most southern city in the world! When visiting Ushuaia you shouldn’t expect any trendy stuff. The ciry only counts 60.000 people and serves, for most travellers, as a start of their travels to Antartica. However don’t forget to take a look around and visit Museo Maritimo y del Presidio de Ushuaia. From Ushuaia you can also hop on a beautifull boat trip to explore the area.
