Buenos Aires

I have travelled all my life and lived abroad for large parts of it but I can honestly say I have never been some where quite like Buenos Aires. It has a very special feel to it and has so much to offer. My only regret was not spending longer in the city. Two weeks was not nearly enough! After my classes and activites during the day I was able to vist a variety of different places. Elebaires were very helpful when I came to organising this. I was able to visit areas such as La Boca, Recoleta cemetery, Jardin Botanico and I was even lucky enough watch football and polo matchs. There was never a dull moment or a time when I had nothing to do. I only wish I could have stayed longer as there was so much more for me to have done. The city is so full of life as well. Every night the restaurants and bars would be packed. I found myself eating at around 10 or 11 each night and then heading to a bar. I found the Argentines very friendly and very easy to get on with. This is the main part of what made my stay in Buenos Aires so special.
I hope to return to Buenos Aires in the near future!
